Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. np77 reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. np77 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
np77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts or granting full platform access. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID) and any additional documents np77 may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
np77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number to enhance Account security. np77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify np77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. np77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where the unauthorized access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
np77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. np77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into your Account or, for first withdrawals, to a verified method matching your KYC identity.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation on your Account:
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). np77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
np77 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML compliance framework. np77 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your Account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. Any attempt to use np77 to launder money or process proceeds of crime will result in immediate Account closure and referral to law enforcement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the np77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
np77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where it believes a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions or where closure is required by law or PAGCOR regulations.
Upon Account closure for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, AML violation, age restriction breach), np77 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. In cases of proven fraud or material breach, np77 reserves the right to forfeit the full Account Balance.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting np77 support via the in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with the np77 Responsible Gaming Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, np77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
np77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, even if np77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
np77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. np77 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
All content on the np77 platform — including but not limited to the np77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of np77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the np77 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any np77 content without express written permission from np77.
np77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the np77 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the np77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the np77 platform, you agree to first contact np77 support to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, under applicable Philippine arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in this clause shall limit np77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
